Studio Pollicies
Class size and reservations
Class size is capped at either 15 or 18 students, depending on the teacher. You are strongly encouraged to pre-register for class more than 2 hours before the start of class to guarantee your spot. Additionally, if you have pre-registered and change your mind, or cannot make it, please remember to cancel your registration so it makes room for someone else. If you do not cancel your registration within one hour of class start time, your class pass will be charged.
Cancellations:
-We give 2 hours notice if we ever need to cancel class and notify registered students via email.
-We have a three student minimum to run classes. Unfortunately, some classes may be canceled due to this policy. We do not strictly require students to pre-register; however, a class may not run if enough people have not signed up.
-We try not to charge students who have reserved a spot and no-show but on occasion we do charge for no-shows. Class passes will be debited if the class is small and running based on your signing up, or if class is full; and you do not show up or cancel your reservation at least 1 hour ahead of time. We may also charge students who repeatedly no show.
-Workshop tickets are non refundable unless studio manager is contacted prior to workshop and will be granted only for illness or other extenuating circumstances. Workshop no-shows will not be refunded.

Policy For Children And Teenagers
Teenagers 15 and over can take classes unaccompanied if their parent has signed the initial participation waiver for them.
Children 14 and under are allowed in regular classes on a case-by-case basis, and must be accompanied by an adult who takes the class with them. It is very important that we preserve the still moments of the practice and that all are practicing of their own volition – we strongly prefer that children are brought to practice yoga only if they express a desire to come. Please reach out to us if you have specific questions about your child. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer dedicated class series for children on a rolling basis. Please check our class schedule and newsletter for up-to-date schedule offerings.
