The Dance of the Ink and Brush

The Silk Road Art Guild is a cooperative organization composed of Central Massachusetts artists who celebrate and exhibit the art of Asia.  We present diverse approaches to the traditional and contemporary themes of Asian art, using rice paper and ink, often augmented with watercolor.  In this exhibit, our images comprise representational images of nature, including landscape, flowers, and animals, as well as more abstract interpretations that maintain and respect the ethos of the art of the East.
