6pm-6:20pm | Free Workshop: Evening Sadhana
We will gather together for the purpose of creating a small community within a larger community. To this end, we will practice compassion for ourselves through the 7 movements of the spine, and compassion for all beings everywhere by sharing a Loving Kindness Meditation. This practice will be approximately 20 minutes and will be standing.
