Tomo Sakai

The inspiration for my glass work comes from my experience growing up in Japan, where traditional crafts and modern culture exist in a close relationship. From this experience, I have learned to merge traditional glass techniques with modern forms and processes, creating something new, and hopefully, beautiful.
